Journalism is a peculiar word. Growing up I always kept a journal, at some point I stopped yet always retained a desire to write out in little notepads memorable daily encounters or situations.
My degree helped me continue the habit with a passion.
In my journey through Journalism, I not only found a passion for multimedia through photography and video, but also for brutally honest writing.
I was always a fan of literature. Before my Communications degree, I was focusing on Secondary English Education. Those studies helped establish a deep knowledge of creative and professional writing earning me two minors in Professional Writing and Literature.
I am a man easily obsessed. When I want something, I go get it. When I have an idea, I run with it. I am deeply interested in becoming a published author of fiction. In my spare time I enjoy reading comic books, reading novels, keeping up with good television and movies, fiddling with my 2008 Honda Civic Si Sedan FA5 and other friend’s rides, playing the newest and most fond retro video games of my childhood.
In general, I like to think I’m the kind of guy who, when my expertise is needed, is willing to do anything within his legal power to see to it that positive results are had.
